Bureau of Artistic Rehab aka BAR is a pop-up bar and listening lounge at the Lichtenbergschule for discarded, unpublished, and lesser known works from Southeast Asian composers, collectives, and sonic experiments. With the festival’s resurgence of topics tackling diversity this collection in progress of unheard works acts as an archive in form of a website and an online radio stream.
