BRAVE BODIES; BRAVE SPACES: somatic practices & self-care for women/trans/enby creatives (&allies)

How are you asking your communities to be in their bodies, and why? This workshop is an introduction to somatic landscapes and self-care practices for participants who identify as female, transgender, and/or nonbinary (*AMAB participants/allies are more than welcome to attend!) We will have an open discussion wherein we’ll collaboratively brainstorm strategies we can use to sustain physical, mental, and emotional health as an ecosystem of many bodies and minds:)
