Sounding Whales: An Introduction to More-than-Human Music

Hornist and Composer Abigail Sanders will introduce her project ‘Sounding Whales’; an artistic research project where she learns to play humpback whale song on the french horn through transcribing and imitating hydrophone recordings. Then she will invite the participants to join in learning a whale song using a graphic score. You are welcome to bring and instrument or come and share ideas.
