As with Cassandra Miller, the Quatuor Bozzini also has a lengthy artistic partnership with Jürg Frey, lasting over two decades. The Swiss composer is a member of the Wandelweiser group, which stands for a very special aesthetic – its character imprinted with extremely fragile, often very slow, and seemingly endless music.
