Shmuel Hoffman
Film Director
Born in East Berlin, Germany, Shmuel Hoffman studied solo viola at the Academy of Music and Theatre in Hanover, performing with artists such as Daniel Barenboim and Yo-Yo Ma. He later studied photojournalism and documentary photography, and in 2010 moved to the United States, where he founded a film and media company in New York and Philadelphia. Since then, he has produced over 500 documentary and commercial films and won many awards.
