Welcome. Before it really starts, before the nearly 400 Summer Course participants and our artistic team begin their work, get involved in discussions and experience a lot of new music, we would like to welcome them and share some information for the next two weeks.
It always gives us great pleasure to welcome new tutors to our team. This year we have an especially large number of them, including Danish accordionist Andreas Borregaard, who will beautifully frame our welcome address with a piece written for him by his compatriot Niels Rønsholdt. Rønsholdt’s Until Nothing Left is (also) about audience participation – perfect for creating a sense of community right at the start.
