Data Protection in Selection Procedures

By submitting your e-mail application you are transmitting personal data according to the call. You are right to assume that we handle your data responsibly and process them exclusively for application management and jury purposes. Application documents and personal data that you send to the specified e-mail address will be viewed, stored and transmitted electronically to the tutors or to the jury by the team of Internationales Musikinstitut Darmstadt (IMD).

After the Darmstadt Summer Course, your application documents will be deleted by IMD and the tutors or the jury will be requested to delete your data as well.

You have the right at any time and free of charge to receive information about the recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data at any time, which may, however, prevent the tutors from reviewing you application.
